• You are eligible for a 100% refund if you decide to cancel before receiving confirmation.

• 100% Refund: If cancelled at least 30 days before the commencement of the trip.
• 40% Refund: If cancelled between 20 to 30 days before the commencement of the trip.
• 20% Refund: If cancelled between 10 to 20 days before the commencement of the trip.
• No Refund: If cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.
