- The Osian desert camp price may also fluctuate during off and peak seasons.
- Any drinks (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) are not included in the package cost.
- No alcohol or drug consumption is allowed on or during the camel ride or the Jeep safari.
- Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will not be included in the package.
- Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are considered an exclusion in the deal.
- The Osian desert Jeep safari and Osian desert safari price might vary depending on the season.
- No refund will be provided if a participant fails to show up as per the Osian desert safari timings.
- Carrying valid ID Proof during the time of booking and at arrival at the Osian camp is mandatory.
- During the camel safari in Osian, the supervisor will reject participants deemed unfit for safety reasons.
- It is advisable not to carry valuables as the tents at the Osian desert camp do not have a lock facility. Kindly carry lockable suitcases.
- In case of damages incurred in any item in the camps or resorts during the trip or items missing, the participants are wholly responsible for paying the loss.
- Guidelines issued by the State Government are to be followed. Social distancing norms have to be maintained, if necessary. Regular hand sanitization and the use of masks, wherever needed, are recommended.

- If you wish to cancel before receiving a confirmation, you will receive a 100% refund.
- Full Refund- If cancelled before 7 days of the scheduled date.
- No Refund- If cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.
Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.
Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.
In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply
