- The activity is based on first come first serve.
- Activity is for ages 14 yrs and weight requirements range between 48-108 kgs.
- Vendor details will be provided post-booking. Please coordinate with the vendor regarding reporting time and location.
- All adult participants must sign the 'Standard Risk Acknowledgment & Disclaimer' form before the activity.
- Individuals with the following conditions are advised not to participate: pregnant women, recent surgery, injured limbs, chronic back or neck pain.
- Pre-existing medical conditions such as asthma, vertigo, high blood pressure, joint/muscle/heart problems may be aggravated; consult a physician beforehand. Inform the site manager of any existing medical condition.
- Parental or guardian supervision (at least one adult) is required for children under 18. Admission will be denied for intoxicated participants.
- No alcohol or drug consumption is allowed on the premises. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
- The Jump Staff’s decision on the platform and bridge is final. Participants deemed unfit by the instructor will be rejected for safety reasons.
- If a participant fails to show up on time or refuses to jump, no refund will be provided.
- Bringing food or alcohol at the venue is prohibited. Sharp objects, lighters, luggage bags, alcohol, knives, etc., are not allowed. Please ensure a safe and enjoyable experience by adhering to these guidelines.

- If you choose to cancel before receiving confirmation, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.
- Full Refund- If cancelled before 72 hours of the scheduled date.

If participants are deemed unfit by the instructor or refuse to go through the experience at site, no refund will be applicable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.
Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.
Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.
In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

- We conduct one final instruction session before you jump. Ask any question that you might have and get mentally prepared for the experience.

Bungee jumping gives an adrenaline rush like no other, and of course, I had to try it. I went to adventure rush in Shivpuri, Rishikesh for bungy jumping (Mahindra Adventure rush) The jumping instructor is was very professional and helpful. It was a magical experience and I had an amazing experience and was thrilling to be able to tick this experience off my bucket list.
