  • The total duration of this tour is 5 nights and 6 days.

  • The state of Nagaland is best visited from November to May. The weather is perfect, with cool winds blowing from the Himalayan foothills to reduce heat and humidity.

The accommodations will be provided in standard hotels/ guest houses/ dorms on double/triple sharing rooms at mentioned places.

  • Every day you will be doing a ride of minimum 5 to 6 hours and it may extend depending on the cumulative speed of the group and halts taken during the trip.

  • The local permits required will be arranged by our vendor partner. However a valid Id proof & address proof, the booking voucher along with your declaration form is required.

  • In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler.

  • AMS or Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by the quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitude. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache to name a few.
  • In case of any symptoms, please inform your tour marshal immediately, if there is any discomfort and oxygen levels drop, Backup oxygen cylinder is provided as an immediate relief and the customer is taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can resume the trip or you will be advised to travel back home.

  • Any changes in your schedule pertaining to airlines or transportation will result in a change in the entire itinerary. The operator will suggest the best alternative possible in this case. However, a refund for any missed inclusions will not be provided and any extra cost incurred to rearrange the itinerary will be borne by the traveler.

Dimapur, which means The City Near a Great River in Naga, is a wonderful place to begin your trip. Upon arrival, we will pick you up from Dimapur Airport or Dimapur Railway Station. Soak in the beauty of lush green mountains and white fluffy clouds against the blue sky and enjoy Nagaland’s beauty.


A drive of approximately 3 hours will take you to your accommodation in Kigwema Village, a quaint village in Jakhama Circle of the Kohima district. Spend a leisurely evening walking around the town, surrounded by the beauty of unique Naga architecture. Rest well for the night in this village to wake up supercharged for Day 2 of your trip to Nagaland.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast, pack your trekking essentials, and begin a moderately easy trek to reach a truly mesmerising spot in Nagaland—the Dzukou Valley.


After a 3-hour trek, enjoy a scrumptious lunch and enjoy the splendid valley untouched by civilization and surrounded by hills, natural caves, and rocks. Explore emerald-green rolling hills as the sun sets. Camp for the night in Nagaland’s Valley of Flowers after a delicious meal.

Wake up to the mesmerising views of nature, away from city life. On Day 3, we make our way back to Kigwema. Dedicate this day to admiring the rich culture, history, and natural beauty of Nagaland’s villages.


Learn about Naga culture as you spend the day exploring the artistic Kisama Village. The site of the annual Hornbill Festival and home to indigenous tribes, Kisama Village, is an exhibit of local traditions, cultures, and livelihoods of Naga tribes.


Witness the beauty of Jakhama that will leave the wayfarer in you happy, given its tranquil atmosphere. This small hamlet adorning Nagaland Hills offers breathtaking views of green paddy fields, some stretches of small houses, and lush greenery.


Head back to Kigwema Village and take some time to roam the areas nearby as the day nears its end.

Post breakfast, prepare for an exciting day as our representative takes you sightseeing.  Head out to visit Kohima Town, which has a history that goes back to World War II. Along with famous landmarks such as the Kohima War Cemetery, Nagaland State Museum, and Mary Help of Christians Cathedral, Kohima also has some quaint cafes and peaceful vibes.


Enjoy the natural splendour and brilliance of Khonoma Village, Asia’s First Green Village. Take a walk in sylvan surroundings amid wildflowers, large rainforests, old forts, a cairn circle, and much more. The village’s natural beauty will leave you in awe. Rest for the night in Kohima.
