Have you been planning for a Bike Expedition for a long time but unable to actually go for it? Well, if the answer is a “Yes”, pack a bag, put on your helmets, and set forth on a journey of a lifetime. 

Experience the majestic Spiti Valley in its full glory by driving past some stunning scenic landscapes such as Chail, Kufri, and Hatu Peaks. And that’s not all! Enjoy the stunning mountains, lakes, cirques, and so much more as you travel through the winding roads.

  • While driving towards Spiti, witness stunning views of Chail, Kufri, and Hatu Peak.
  • Drive to some beautiful scenic viewpoints at Kinnaur Valley.
  • The Khab-Confluence or the Khab Sangam of the Satluj River and Spiti River is a sight to behold.
  • Enjoy the colours of the Nako Lake as you grab a bite.
  • Key Gompa Monastery, in its bowl-shaped form, is a great getaway for some spiritual time.

  • After reaching the hotel in Chandigarh, meet the crew members and fellow travellers. 
  • After a detailed briefing on the tour, the bikes will be assigned. 
  • Stay in Chandigarh for the night and enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel setting the mood for the upcoming adventure.

  • After breakfast, begin your journey to Spiti. 
  • Behold the stunning views of Chail, Kufri, and Hatu Peak as you zoom past the winding roads. 
  • Conclude the day with an overnight stay in a hotel/homestay and a warm dinner.

  • After breakfast, depart for one of the most beautiful views of Kinnaur Valley. 
  • The village is the last inhabited one before the border between India and China. 
  • Finally, call it a day with a delicious dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel/ Homestay.

  • After breakfast head to Kalpa, which is just 60 Kms away.
  • Reach Kalpa by the afternoon.
  • Overnight stay at Camp/Homestay.

  • Depart for Kaza after breakfast. 
  • Take the famous Indo-Tibet highway to head towards your destination.
  • On your way take a pit stop at the Khab Sangam which is the Confluence of the Satluj River and Spiti River.
  • Cross Nako and enter Spiti Valley right after crossing Sumdo. 
  • Take a break at Nako Lake for lunch. 
  • Take a detour from here to visit the 500-year-old Mummy in the Gue Village. 
  • Finally, head to Kaza for dinner and overnight stay.

  • Wake up early and after breakfast, set out to explore the breathtaking beauty of Kaza. 
  • The small village Langza of Spiti Valley contains some of the most attractive tourist attractions such as Key Gompa Monastery.
  • The village is located at an astounding 14,500 ft above sea level. Moreover, it is the highest village in the world with a motorable road.
  • Take a stop at Komic, the highest village with a motorable road. 
  • The village of Hikkim in Spiti District, near Kaza, is another beautiful location and the next destination on your itinerary. 
  • Return to Kaza for an overnight stay at a hotel.

  • On the 7th day our motorbike excursion moves to the beautiful crescent-shaped Chandratal Lake, the next location on the map. 
  • There are parking facilities two km away from the lake. 
  • The next stop is a lake in the Spiti region of Lahaul and Spiti district that is also known as “Moon Lake.” On one side, it is surrounded by mountains and on the other by a cirque. 
  • Watch the unforgettable sunset from here to create the memory of a lifetime. 
  • Spend the night in a camp under the stars.

  • The ride from Spiti to Manali will begin on the 8th day.
  • By evening, reach Manali via Rohtang Pass.
  • After you check into the hotel, your bikes will be returned, ending your motorbiking trip.
  • Spend a relaxed evening with an overnight stay at the hotel.

  • This is the last day of the tour.
  • The ride today starts after breakfast in Manali and ends in Chandigarh in the evening.

  • This trip covers locations based on high altitude.
  • High altitude may lead to Acute Mountain Sickness due to lower oxygen pressure than usual. Some of the symptoms include headache, nausea and more.

  • If you wish to cancel before receiving a confirmation, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • Full Refund– If cancelled before 15 days of scheduled departure.
  • No Refund– If cancelled less than 15 days of scheduled departure.

If participants are unable to or refuse to go through with the experience at site, no refund will be applicable.

To avoid inconvenience to other travelers, the expedition will continue in such case and participant will have to make their own arrangements, if they continue their stay.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.

Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

  • Since this is a rough terrain, a bike with a powerful engine and strong build is preferable. The ideal bike for this trip is RE 350cc, RE Classic 500cc, RE Himalayan, RE Thunderbird, Bajaj Avenger and in adventure bikes, you can try KTM Duke, and KTM Adventure 390.

  • Yes, it is safe for solo riders to bring their bike and join the group if they are good riders. The group departure has an experienced tour marshal along with a mechanic and a backup vehicle. Thus, you can enjoy this adventure with maximum safety.

  • Yes, there will be an experienced tour marshal during the entire trip.

  • Yes, there are age & weight restrictions for this trip. The age limit is 18 to 50. The weight limit is 50 to 100 Kgs if there is no medical history or condition involved. Please consult your doctor before visiting the trip.

  • The accommodations will be provided in standard Hotels/ Guest houses and camps on a Single/Twin/ Triple sharing basis of your selection.

  • Breakfast and dinner are included in the trip from Dinner on Day 01 to Breakfast on Day 09.

  • If you are a frequent bike rider, then this trip is perfect for you. If you are not a rider, then you can join the trip as a pillion with your rider partner or get a seat in a backup vehicle.

  • Every day you will be doing a ride of a minimum of 5 to 6 hours and it may extend depending on the cumulative speed of the group and halts taken during the trip.

  • If you are going for this expedition during the month of Jan to March, you may experience snow on the trail. In the summer, the snow melts completely and the weather is bright and sunny.

Below are the additional charges that may incur and are not included in the package cost:

  • A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 in cash will have to be paid on arrival to the vendor partner for the Bike.
  • Personal expenses
  • Any detours that you may take or places that you visit that are not a part of the itinerary.
  • Entry fees for any attractions.

  • For riders with their own bikes, all the documents related to the vehicle are mandatory like insurance, an RC Driving license a valid Id & address proof. For other riders, id proof and valid driving license is required.
  • The local permits required will be arranged by our vendor partner however a valid Id proof & address proof, the booking voucher along with your declaration form is required.

  • Full Refund- If cancelled before 15 Days of scheduled departure.
  • No Refund- If cancelled within 15 Days of scheduled departure.

If participants are unable to or refuse to go through with the experience at the site, no refund will be applicable.

  • The payment policy is 100% at booking.

  • In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveller.

  • AMS or Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitudes. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache to name a few.
  • In case of any symptoms, please inform your tour marshal immediately, if there is any discomfort and oxygen levels drop, a Backup oxygen cylinder is provided as an immediate relief and the customer is taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can resume the trip or you will be advised to travel back home.

  • Any changes in your schedule pertaining to airlines or transportation will result in a change in the entire itinerary. The operator will suggest the best alternative possible in this case. However, a refund for any missed inclusions will not be provided and any extra cost incurred to rearrange the itinerary will be borne by the traveller.

Your 8N/9D Chandigarh Spiti Valley adventure begins once you reach the hotel in Chandigarh and meet the crew members and fellow travellers. After a detailed briefing on the tour, the bikes will be assigned. Talk to the crew members if you have any issues with the bike or anything else. You will be spending the night at the hotel in Chandigarh, and enjoying a delicious dinner.

After breakfast, begin your journey to Spiti. Stunning views of Chail, Kufri, and Hatu Peak await as you pass through the winding mountain roads. Overnight stay in hotel/home Stay. Enjoy a warm dinner at your comfortable accommodation before calling it a day.

Wake up early and get ready for the day’s adventures. After breakfast, depart for one of the most beautiful views of Kinnaur Valley. Chitkul is a village and is the last inhabited one before the border between India and China. The scenic views from Chitkul are mesmerising and would make you want to come back for more. Settle down in your accommodation at Chitkul which may be a hotel or homestay. Enjoy a delicious dinner before dozing off dreaming about the trip’s unforgettable memories.

Wake up early and prepare for day 4’s adventures. After breakfast head to Kalpa, which is just 60 Kms away. If the weather and road conditions remain fine you will reach Kalpa by afternoon. Spend the rest of the day exploring the local beauties of the place surrounded by majestic mountains. Call it a day with an overnight stay at Camp/Homestay.

As day 5 begins, pack your bags and depart for Kaza after breakfast. You will be travelling through the beautiful Indo-Tibet highway to reach your next destination. On your way, you will cross the “Khab Sangam.” It is the Khab Confluence of the Satluj River and Spiti River.

Next on the itinerary you will be crossing Nako and entering Spiti Valley right after crossing Sumdo. Stop at Nako Lake for lunch. The delicious meal in the serene ambiance will definitely create a memory of a lifetime. Take a detour from here to visit the 500-year-old Mummy in the Gue Village. Head to Kaza for dinner and an overnight stay.

As day 6 begins, wake up early and get ready. After breakfast, ride your bike to see the breathtaking beauty of Kaza. The small village Langza of Spiti Valley contains some of the most famous tourist attractions such as Key Gompa Monastery which is nestled between mountains in a bowl-shaped formation. 

As you approach Komic, you will be spellbound by the views of the Himalayas. The village is located at an astounding 14,500 ft above sea level offering some of the most majestic views of the surroundings. Moreover, it is the highest village in the world with a motorable road, so it is always on the bucket list of “Hodophiles.” The village of Hikkim in Spiti District, near Kaza, is another beautiful location and the last stop for the day. Finally, come back to your accommodation and get a good night’s sleep at the hotel.

As day 7 begins our motorbike excursion takes you to the beautiful crescent-shaped Chandratal Lake, the next location on the map. This place will take your breath away. This also holds a religious significance, as according to Hindu mythology, Chandratal Lake is believed to be the place where Lord Vishnu came down on his chariot. There are parking facilities two km away from the lake, so you don’t have to worry about that. 

Today we will be exploring the Lakes and so our next stop is another lake in the Spiti region of Lahaul and Spiti district that is also known as “Moon Lake.” On one side, it is surrounded by mountains and on the other by a cirque. Seeing the sunset is a sight to behold, so make sure you do not miss the majestic views. Spend the night in a camp under the stars.

The 8th day marks the descent. The ride from Spiti to Manali will begin today. By evening, reach Manali via Rohtang Pass. After you check into the hotel, your bikes will be returned, ending your motorbiking trip. Conclude the day with an overnight stay at the hotel.

This is the last day of the trip. The ride today starts after breakfast in Manali and ends in Chandigarh in the evening. Head back home with a bag full of unforgettable memories.
