  • The journey to Ladakh begins on Day 2. Prepare yourself for a thrilling ride!

  • The morning starts on a refreshing note as you kickstart your Jispa to Sarchu bike ride after breakfast. 
  • It will be a 90-kilometre ride via Chandra Valley.
  • You will see the unbelievably gorgeous lakes, Suraj Tal and Deepak Tal, on your way. 
  • Do not skip the scenic view of the famous Baralacha Pass located at the height of 16,616 ft. that connects Lahaul to Ladakh.

  • Relish breakfast at the beautiful campsite before you commence a thrilling day of adventure. 
  • Enjoy the ride through Gata Loops, a famous winding ascent forming a series of twenty one hairpin bends, that takes you to the top of one of the highest motorable passes in the Ladakh region—NakeeLa Pass. 
  • The next stopover will be Lachung La Pass, yet another name on the list of high mountain passes in the region. Click as many pictures as you can at the very Instagrammable Morey Plains that have a large stretch of green land surrounded by the mighty Himalayas on all sides. 
  • Reach Leh by evening and complete the check-in formalities at the hotel booked for you and enjoy the heavenly views of Leh. 

  • Prepare yourself for the much sought-after adventure from Leh to Nubra Valley on this bike trip after a healthy breakfast and cross some of the highest motorable passes in the world.
  • On your way to Nubra Valley, you will meet the challenging yet spectacular roads and barren lands surrounded by majestic mountains. 
  • Take a coffee break at Khardung La Pass, one of the world’s highest all-season motorable roads and capture the views in your lens when you are at the top of the world (quite literally!).
  • Also visit Diskit Monastery, the oldest and the largest monastery of Ladakh that houses a large Buddha statue. 
  • Add another layer of thrill to your tour on a Bactrian camel ride available exclusively in this region. 
  • Lost in these surreal views, you will barely realise that you have reached your destination. 
  • Once you reach Nubra Valley, have a lovely dinner and retire to the campsite to sleep under a starry sky. 

  • On Day 6, leave behind the bleak landscape and move towards the pristine Pangong Lake. The road will take you through the newly opened Shyok Village. 
  • When you reach the shores of this enchanted water body, you will be amazed by its beauty, tranquillity, and vivid colours.
  • Next, transfer to the campsite for a bonfire and an evening of relaxation in nature.

  • The morning brings you gorgeous views of Pangong Lake, and from here, we will go to our breakfast spot. 
  • After a delicious and healthy breakfast, we will start our journey back to Leh.
  • Post visit, you will resume the journey for Leh. Eat, relax, and rest all you want – but most importantly, live the quiet adrenaline of being on such heights!
  • On the way, we will stop at Chang La Pass, one of the highest mountain passes in the world. You can check out the Changla Cafe there. 
  • The pass was named after the famous Changla Baba Temple located atop the mountain. This temple is believed to be a guardian of those visiting Chang La. 
  • After this visit, we will resume the journey to Leh. Eat, relax, and rest before getting ready for departure on Day 8.

  • In the morning, after a hearty breakfast, continue journeying toward Sarchu. 
  • Take in the panoramic views of the mighty mountains and colours of nature as you travel through the mountains of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
  • Ascend Tanglang La, the third-highest pass (17,480 ft). Pass through the Morey Plains, an astounding plateau at a height of 15,500 ft with a 45-km stretch of flat road. 
  • After crossing Lachung La (16,616 ft) and Nakee La (15,547 ft), reach the famous Gata Loops (21 hairpin bends). From here, you will be able to reach your destination by nightfall.

  • Get ready for the last day of the Manali-Leh Motorbike Expedition as soon as the horizon turns red. 
  • Following a wholesome breakfast, ride along the iconic route of the Atal Tunnel and some of the most scenic villages in Lahaul Valley.
  • This day marks the end of this adventure. While you may be leaving for home today, you won’t be going alone. Fun memories from this trip will keep you company!

  • Day 10 is the last day of our Ladakh package.
  • Leave for Delhi, the starting point of the trip.
  • Gather all your memories and take them home, promising yourself to return to the marvellous Leh again.

  • Since Ladakh is a rough terrain, a bike with a powerful engine and strong build is preferable. The ideal bike for this trip is a Royal Enfield 350cc/ 500cc/ RE Himalayan.

  • Yes, it is absolutely safe for solo riders to bring their own bike and join the group if they are good riders. The group departure has an experienced tour marshal along with a mechanic and a backup vehicle. Thus, you can enjoy this adventure with maximum safety.

  • Yes, there will be an experienced tour marshal during the entire trip.

  • The best time to visit for a Ladakh Bike Trip is from May to October, during this time all the winter snow starts melting resulting in clear and dry roads. Autumn and summer are the best time, as there are a lot of festival celebrations in the town, which makes it more appealing for tourists.

  • Yes, there are age & weight restrictions for this trip. The age limit is 18 to 50. The weight limit is 50 to 100 Kg.  If there is any medical history or condition involved, Please consult your doctor before visiting the trip.

  • The accommodations will be provided in standard Hotels / Guest houses and camps on a Single / Twin / Triple sharing basis of your selection.

  • Breakfast and dinner are included in the trip from Dinner on Day 01 to Breakfast on Day 09.

  • If you are a frequent bike rider then this trip is perfect for you. If you are not a rider then you can join the trip as a pillion with your rider partner or get a seat on a backup vehicle.

  • Every day you will be doing a ride of a minimum of 5 to 6 hours and it may extend depending on the cumulative speed of the group and halts taken during the trip.

  • You can enjoy river rafting, camping, double-humped camel rides and ATV rides during this trip at your expense. It is not a part of the package being offered.

  • If you are going for this expedition from Jan to March, you may experience snow on the trail. In the summer, the snow melts completely and the weather is bright and sunny.

Below are the additional charges that may incur and are not included in the package cost:

  • A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 in cash will have to be paid on arrival to the vendor partner for the Bike.

  • Entry fees for any attractions.

  • For riders with their bikes, all the documents related to the vehicle are mandatory like insurance, an RC Driving license a valid ID, and address proof. For other riders, ID proof and a valid driving license are required.
  • The local permits required will be arranged by our vendor partner however a valid ID proof & address proof, the booking voucher along your declaration form are required.

  • The best way to reach Manali is by Bus. Manali is very well connected with all the major tourist destinations and you can easily get a bus from Delhi to Manali. You can get state-organized buses or private travel buses. The duration for the same is 12 -13 hours.

  • Full Refund– If cancelled before 15 days of scheduled departure.
  • No Refund– If cancelled less than 15 days of scheduled departure.
    If participants are unable to or refuse to go through with the experience at the site, no refund will be applicable. To avoid inconvenience to other travellers, the expedition will continue in such cases and participants will have to make their arrangements if they continue their stay.

  • The payment policy is 100% at booking.

  • In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveller.

  • AMS or Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by the quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitude. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache to name a few.
  • In case of any symptoms, please inform your tour marshal immediately, if there is any discomfort and oxygen levels drop, Backup oxygen cylinder is provided as an immediate relief and the customer is taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can resume the trip or you will be advised to travel back home.

  • Any changes in your schedule pertaining to airlines or transportation will result in a change in the entire itinerary. The operator will suggest the best alternative possible in this case. However, a refund for any missed inclusions will not be provided and any extra cost incurred to rearrange the itinerary will be borne by the traveller.
