Take amongst the most beautiful flights over the Himalayan ranges, we urge you to take a window seat to observe the landscape change below you from the great Indian plains as you depart New Delhi to Alpine green mountains as you fly over Himachal in to the Cold desert of Ladakh where the starkness of the mountains humbles you.
At the airport you will meet your chaperone who is well versed in the landscape of this region. A short 01-hour drive along the Indus River brings us to our hotel in Lower Ladakh. As we have had an altitude shift from 300m to 3000m, it is imperative that we
acclimatize and take it easy, allowing our body to adjust to this shift, so spend the afternoon reading a book or take a nap or just soaking the landscape.

In the evening take a Momo making class to begin our immersion into this land. Enjoy
scrumptious dinner under the starts at the hotel.

Wake up for a Pranayama class in the in-house yogashala.
Meet with your Buddhist scholar guide for breakfast to understand the simplistic teachings within the complex philosophies of Tibetan Buddhism, before we make our way to one of the most important temple complexes in Ladakh.
Local Ladakhi lunch at Alchi Kitchen by Chef Nilza, before we make our way back to
Nimmu. Afternoon at leisure, before we head out for an evening walk through the village to
understand the Ladakhi way of life.

After an early breakfast at the resort say good bye to your hosts at Nimmu house and start the mesmerizing journey to Nubra Valley. A journey of 180 kms tracing an important part of the ancient Silk Route. Arrive Desert Himalaya Resort in Nubra valley where a gastronomical feast awaits you.
Enjoy your farm to table lunch prepared by the chefs at the resort.
After relaxing a while at the resort drive to Hunder Sand Dunes situated at 07 kms from
the Resort. It is unbelievable, when one thinks of it, that a desert could exist at so high an altitude! Equally surprising is the sight of the double humped Bactrian camels, whose two humps enable them to develop resistance to cold, drought & high altitudes. Taking a ride on these
double humped camels which gently make their way among the white sand dunes, with poplar trees dotting the landscape & the pleasing murmur of the River Shyok flowing nearby, it all makes for a memorable experience. As the evening approaches, and the barren mountains are covered with the crimson hues of the sun, you wonder how such a place could exist in this mad chaotic world of ours.

Stay at Desert Himalaya Resort (Premium Tent/Campervan) in Diskit

Get up early in the morning to visit Diskit monastery and witness the Morning Prayer ceremony of the resident monks. Belonging to the Gelugpa (yellow hat) sect, parts of the monastery, which houses 120 resident monks, are about 760 years old.
Return to the resort for a hearty breakfast. Post breakfast start the journey back to Leh via Warila pass (5312 Mts), the most scenic
route with best views of Shyok River. The nature has not been rearranged by human hand
here. Descend the road from the pass and reach Chemrey monastery. An important centre of
Buddhist learning, the monastery attracts large number of tourists because of its picturesque location. The monastery was founded in 1664 AD and currently 20 monks
reside here. Experience farm to table lunch prepared by a local family in Sakti village with
local organic produce.
Continue drive to reach Leh market to avail your last chance to buy souvenir for your loved ones back home. Enjoy mesmerizing sunset at riverside farmhouse Drinks and farewell dinner with bonfire along the banks of river Indus.
Stay at Riverland Luxury Farmstay in Choglamsar.

On time transfer to Leh airport to fly back home with memories of our homeland, until

Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

• The transportation during this trip will be provided based on the group size. The available options are SUV/Tempo Traveller. Since Zanskar is a rough terrain, only the vehicles with high ground clearance are used here.

There is really no age and weight limit for Zanskar as long as there is no medical history or condition involved. Please consult your doctor before visiting the trip

The accommodations will be provided

1. 02 nights stay in Heritage room at Nimmu House, Nimmu.
2. 01 night stay in Premium tent / Campervan at Desert Himalaya Resort, Nubra.
3. 01 night stay in Riverview suite at Riverland Luxury Farmstay, Leh.

Breakfast and dinner are included in the trip from Day 02 to Day 06.

The local permits required will be arranged by our vendor partner however a valid Id proof ,address proof and booking confirmation email is required.

The best and fastest way to reach Zanskar is by getting a direct flight from Delhi to Leh. The duration for the same is 1 hr and 15 mins.

Below are the additional charges that may incur and are not included in the package cost:

The payment policy is “100% at booking 

In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler. 

This trip is the best way to explore Leh Ladakh with family and friends without the hardships of riding on your own. You can easily enjoy this trip with ample time for sightseeing. Thus it is a very easy trip to enjoy.

Each day you will be taking a drive for 4-5 hours and enjoying the surreal beauty of Leh in all its glory. 

You can enjoy river rafting, camping, double humped camel ride and ATV rides during this trip at your expense. It is not a part of the package but can be customized as per the traveller’s request. 

• If you are visiting during the summer season, the initial months will let you see the snow on the trails that is melting from the mountains. During monsoon season, there might be sudden showers but not snow. 

• AMS or Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by the quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitude. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache to name a few.  
• In case of any symptoms, please inform your tour marshal immediately, if there is any discomfort and oxygen levels drop, Backup oxygen cylinder is provided as an immediate relief and the customer is taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can resume the trip or you will be advised to travel back home.

Any changes in your schedule pertaining to airlines or transportation will result in a change in the entire itinerary. The operator will suggest the best alternative possible in this case. However, a refund for any missed inclusions will not be provided and any extra cost incurred to rearrange the itinerary will be borne by the traveller.
