• Pack your bags and get ready for a thrilling ride towards Jispa, a charming little town in the Lahaul district of Himachal Pradesh. You will also pass the iconic Atal tunnel on your way to Jispa. Upon reaching Jispa, experience the calmness of this town on the banks of river Bhaga.

• Enjoy your breakfast in the quaint Jispa and head to Sarchu. You will cross places like Zing Zing Bar, a Border Roads Organization road-building camp and Suraj Tal, a gorgeous blue placid water lake surrounded by arid mountains from all sides. You will also pass through Baralacha La Pass, a mountain pass in the Zanskar range at 16,040 feet on your way.
• Reach Sarchu in the afternoon. Overnight stay with dinner in the camp in Sarchu.

250 kms | 7-8 hrs | 10,000ft

• After a relaxed breakfast, head off to Leh. Drive through the fascinating Gata Loops, a stretch of loopy road that has 21 hairpin bends at an altitude of 17000 ft. On your way to Leh, you will cross places like the high mountain pass Nakee La (15,547ft), Lachung La  (16,616ft), Pang and More Plains plateau.
• Arrive at Leh by evening. Overnight stay in a hotel in Leh.

• Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast in Leh. Post breakfast, head off for a day full of popular sightseeing tours in and around Leh. Visit the gravity-defying Magnetic Hill with a fascinating layout. You will also see places like Shanti Stupa,  Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Leh Palace and the Hall of Fame Museum. • No refund will be applicable if the booking is cancelled by the customer 0 to 15 days from the travel date.
• 15% deduction from the total package cost is applicable if the booking is cancelled by the customer 15 days & more from the travel date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.

Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

• Transportation for your trip will be determined by the size of your group and the vehicle you choose. You can select from options such as Tempo Traveller, Toyota Innova, Mahindra Xylo, or Scorpio. Please note that Ladakh’s terrain is rough, so only vehicles with high ground clearance will be used.

• Please read the product detail page carefully for things to carry for the trip.

• There is no age and weight limit for Ladakh as long as medical history or condition is involved. Please consult your doctor before visiting the trip

• The accommodations will be provided in standard Hotels/ Guest Houses and Camps on a Single / Twin/ Triple sharing basis of your selection. 

• Breakfast and dinner are included in the trip from Dinner on Day 01 to Breakfast on Day 09.

• The local permits required will be arranged by our vendor partner however a valid ID proof, address proof and booking confirmation email is required.

• The best and fastest way to reach Delhi back from Leh is by getting a direct flight from Delhi to Leh. The duration for the same is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• The best way to reach Manali is by Bus. Manali is very well connected with all the major tourist destinations. You can get a bus from Delhi to Manali. You can get state-organized buses or private travel buses. The duration for the same is 12 to 13 hours.

• No Refund- If cancelled within 15 Days of departure 

If participants are unable or refuse to go through with the experience at the site, no refund will be applicable.

To avoid inconveniencing other travellers, participants need to make their arrangements if they choose to extend their stay during the expedition.

• The payment policy is “100% at booking 

• In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveller. 

• Exploring Leh Ladakh with family and friends can be much simpler with this trip. This trip made it an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

• Every day, you need to spend 4-5 hours driving to explore Ladakh.

• You can enjoy river rafting, camping, double-humped camel rides and ATV rides during this trip at your expense. It is not a part of the package but can be customized as per the traveller’s request. 

• If you visit during the summer, you can witness the snow melting from the mountains on the trails. However, during monsoon season, there may be unexpected showers instead of snow.

• AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) is caused by quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitudes. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache.  
• If you experience any symptoms, please notify your tour marshal right away. If you feel discomfort and notice a drop in your oxygen levels, a backup oxygen cylinder available for immediate relief. Additionally, you will be taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can continue your trip or you will be advised to return home.

• If there are any modifications to your flight or transportation arrangements, it will affect the entire itinerary. The operator will recommend the most suitable alternative under such circumstances. Nonetheless, the traveller will not receive a reimbursement for any missed inclusions, and they will have to bear any additional expenses incurred to reorganize the itinerary.
